Kris Aquino, Dingdong Dantes to do movie for GMA Films

Kapamilya star Kris Aquino excitedly revealed on Wednesday, October 20, that she has been given the go-signal to star in a movie to be produced by GMA Films, where she would be paired with Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes.

Kris made the announcement at the press launch of Goldilocks at Edsa Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong City on Wednesday, October 20.

"That's a movie I'm really looking forward to doing," said the TV host and actress. "It's something that's been talked about on the campaign trail. That's why I was able to get permission, I said na this is the only opportunity I'll have to work with Dong."

Kris said the details of the movie, which will be shot in the first and second quarter of 2011, have not been finalized yet. She said Ms. Annette Gozon-Abrogar, president of GMA Films, does not want to proceed until Kris hands over the release form from ABS-CBN, where she has an exclusive contract.

"Deo [Endrinal, Kris's manager] said magmi-meeting tayo pag maaabot ko kay Annette para hindi tayo mapahiya. I was promised that next week I will have that. So after that kami magmi-meet, because I think for the movie to work, it has to really suit his personality and mine," she said.

But Kris divulged that Gozon-Abrogar had already sent her a story idea, which she promptly rejected.

Kris narrated, "Natatawa ako 'cause Annette sent me an email of a story concept, and I said no. Kasi doon ako yung masama sa napakabait kong asawa at pinakulam ko yung asawa ko. I really said, 'Annette? Are you really serious about this project?'

"I was working in an S&R, ako yung manager nun. You were desperate to have a child, so pinakulam ko siya, pinakasalan niya 'ko. Nakakaloka! Siyempre nagseselos ako, so pinakulam ko rin the other women. At the end, bumalik sa akin lahat ng kulam, times five!

"Sabi ko, 'Annette, are you serious about this? No! Annette, you know naman the audience. Gagawin ko lang 'yan kung mabait ako."

A newer and more positive story idea is in the works, however, and Kris said she likes it.

"But I guess they have to like it, too," Kris said, referring to Dingdong.

DINGDONG SPEAKS. At the same event, Dingdong expressed excitement over the upcoming film project.

"I think that would be very exciting," he said. "Siguro, aside from the fact na isa ako talaga sa mga masugid na nanonood ng mga horror films niya dati, like siyempre yung the very famous Feng Shui, e, I know that siyempre, something better will emerge."

Dingdong, however, does not want to get his hopes up this early.

"Sabi naman niya, hangga't walang kasiguraduhan, sabi pa lang niya na magkakaroon pa lang sila ng parang pirmahan next. So, hangga't wala pa, siyempre ayoko namang umasa pa sa ganun," he said.

Dingdong confirmed that the idea blossomed when he helped Kris campaign for her brother Pres. Noynoy Aquino.

"There were talks before na yung possibility of us having a movie together," he said. "And then siguro, magmula noon, nagbunga siya dahil nagkaroon ng talks between yung GMA Films and her camp, so kaya nangyari siguro yun."

Is Dingdong open to a story idea where he will play the villain to Kris Aquino?

"Alam mo, that would be very challenging for me. Di lang siguro, baka yun ang first time kong gumanap ng isang dark character after a very long time," he replied.

Bimby: I don't like Dingdong

Kaya, for Bimby to say that, nakakaloka and at the same time, matatawa ka na lang dahil nga bata, eh.

To the rescue naman siyempre si Kris sa anak na kaagad na nagpaliwanag sa Twitter account kung bakit nasabi 'yun ng bunso.

"I would just like to explain y (why) bimby said I don't like dingdong yesterday at our goldilocks event regardless of my saying but he's Tito Noy's friend. Bimby said because u're my mom.

"Sa presscon I had made kwento that in original GMA films concept I was married to Dong & pregnant. "I was desperate to have a baby so resorted to black magic & kulam. I became possessive and the other women na pinagselosan ko started dropping dead.

"Bimby heard the pregnant & other baby part, hence the 'I don't lilke dingdong' comment because he felt magkaka-new baby," pagkaklaro ni Kris sa kanyang Twitter account.

Kris Aquino is back to work after her hospital confinement for foot and mouth disease with sons Josh and Baby James for more than a week. The boys have gone back to school and Kris, while waiting for her new game show to start on ABS, is now shooting her horror entry for the Metro filmfest with Diether Ocampo, "Dalaw. "Her first two horror flicks, "Feng Shui" and "Sukob," both directed by Chito Roño, are big hits, so she's confident that "Dalaw" will also be a blockbuster, even if she has a different director, Dondon Santos. What can she say about ex-hubby James Yap being linked to Isabel Oli? "I've seen her commercials and she's very pretty. I praise God kasi the quicker he moves on at may magustuhan siya, hindi na niya pahihirapan ang annulment case so we'll both be free and happy," she says.

To which James quipped: "Hindi ko naman pinahihirapan 'yung case. Nasa court na 'yun. Sila na magdi-decide. "

ANNABELLE: MALALAOS ULI SI HEART
ANNABELLE Rama is celebrating her birthday on October 31 with a fashion-variety show, "Spotlight," featuring all her talents under Royale Artists Management at Crowne Plaza Hotel, October 28, 8 p. m. , directed by Robbie Carmona.

At its presscon, we noticed that the invitation had Heart Evangelista's name on it but this was erased with a pentel pen. The reason for this was revealed when Annabelle was asked who among her wards is her favorite.

"Si JC De Vera kasi very professional siya. Never ako binigyan ng sakit ng ulo. Kahit ano ipagawa mo, wala siyang reklamo. Nakikinig talaga sa manager at di umiistambay kunsaan-saan na kasama ng mga pokpok kaya umaasenso ang buhay niya. May bago siyang bahay, tatlo ang kotse niya. Pero 'yung alaga kong ingrata, kakarmahin 'yan. Walang utang na loob. Nang mapunta siya sa 'kin three years na siyang laos. Wala siyang project. "

Annabelle says she'll just concentrate on talent management from now on. "Ayoko nang magbenta ng alahas. Lagi akong nasu-swindle. Now, I have 29 talents, ang pinakabago sina Jon Hall, Danita Paner, Paolo Paraiso, Jinkee Pacquiao, and Pops Fernandez. Mukha akong pera, kaya as a manager, talagang inihahanap ko ng trabaho ang talents ko para kumita rin ako. Sa 'Spotlight,' maglalabas din ako ng glossy magazine showing all my talents, edited by my son Raymond, na ipapamigay ko sa lahat ng ad agencies para kunin nila mga alaga ko for endorsements. Special guest singers sa 'Spotlight' sina Ogie Alcasid, Lovi Poe, Anthony Castelo and Malu Barry. "

KRISTA, SUNSHINE BOTH PREGGY

KRISTA Ranillo is due to deliver her first baby in April 2011. She and husband Jefferson Lim a. k. a. Niño also have their birthdays in April, Krista on April 27 and Niño on April 25. The ultrasound test showed that they will have a boy. They were married twice, first in a civil ceremony on July 14, then in an ecumenical wedding on August 8 at a hotel in Long Beach, California. They plan to have a bigger wedding in Manila next year. This is Niño's second marriage. The first one ended in divorce and he has three kids aged 11, 8 and 5 with his first wife. His family owns the Island Pacific chain of supermarkets with nine branches all over California.

Also confirmed to be officially infanticipating is GMA's Bakekang herself, Sunshine Dizon, who married Timothy Yap on March 20. In May, she thought she's pregnant but it turned out to be false alarm. This time, it's for real and she was confirmed to be preggy in July. She stays in Angeles, Pampanga with her hubby whose family is based there. Like Krista's husband, this is not Timothy's first child as he also has a love child with a non-showbiz girl. Those who've seen Sunshine says she has gained so much weight. She has always had a battle with the bulge but this time, she doesn't care if she got fat as long as her baby is safe. They don't know yet what the gender of their baby is. "Maybe sa next ultrasound test ko, makita na," she says.

DIREK JOEY DEFENDS GERALD

IS Gerald Anderson's breakdown at the presscon of "Till My Heartaches End" planned to help promote his film with Kim Chiu? "I don't think so," says their director, Joey Reyes. "First time it happened that an actor of mine broke down at a presscon and it was an unnerving experience for me. Gerald was honest and sincere in his feelings at ako na ang unang magsasabing it's no gimmick. "

Despite his busy sked, Gerald is busy promoting Dermablend soaps with Sam Milby and Daiana Menezes that will have a mall tour, The Grand SkINvasion at SM Fairview Annex Atrium, tomorrow, Sunday, from 5 to 8 p. m. This campaign of Swisse-Phil Holdings Corporation (formerly Stalder Group of Companies) is aimed to help improve Filipino skincare habits and lifestyle. One of the biggest local manufacturers of various whitening products since 1986, it's Filipino owned, with world class products tailor made for Filipinos who want to use soaps that can lighten their skin in a natural and healthier way.

'PLEASE BE HAPPY FOR US'

DID Jennylyn Mercado forbid Patrick Garcia to be part of her new soap, "Little Star," that starts this Monday? "No, hindi ko siya pinagbawalan at all," she says. "But we talked about it and we agreed na mas mabuting hindi kami sabay magtrabaho para kung busy ako, I can leave our son Jazz with him kasi siya ngayon ang hatid-sundo sa bata sa school. "

How about her refusal to use Patrick's surname for Jazz? "Alam nyo, it's not an issue at all with us. Ni hindi namin napag-uusapan 'yan, kaya wag nyo nang gawaan ng issue. Basta as of now, masaya kaming maayos na ang lahat with his family, my family. Maging masaya na rin sana kayo for us. "

She's happy to be directed by Maryo de los Reyes in "Little Star" where she plays a simple lass who takes care of a baby boy that she finds during a shipwreck at sea. It turns out the boy is the love son of a big movie star, Lovi Poe, who later tries to take the boy away from Jen. The show introduces a talented new child singer-actor, Nikki Castro, 6, whose real name is Arthur Nixon Castro. Hopefully, he will be as popular as Jillian Ward who really gained fame as Trudis Liit and will make "Little Star" a toprater in GMA's Haponalo (former Dramarama sa Hapon. )

Kris Aquino, 2 sons leave home

MANILA, Philippines—Showbiz celebrity Kris Aquino has left the home she shares with husband, basketball star James Yap, shortly after the news of her quarrel with another girl over Yap was reported in the papers last week.

Aquino has brought her two sons, Joshua and James Jr., with her to live in the home of her sister Pinky, she said in an interview on the showbiz talk show "The Buzz" on Sunday.

"I need space for myself. Bugbog na bugbog na ako (I’m beat up already). James and I need to fix ourselves in order for us to be OK together," said the movie actress and TV host.

Aquino denied confronting and shouting insults at Mayen Austria, an alleged female fan of Yap's. This reportedly happened on January 20 at the gate of the Austria residence at Valle Verde 2 subdivision in Pasig City.

Aquino added that she left their Valle Verde home also out of fear for her children's safety. "[The Austrias and I] live in the same village. I'm always away working, baka ang mga anak ko naman ang balikan (my children might be the next targets)," she pointed out.

Aquino, however, admitted that she and Yap have already been having marital problems since December and that Yap left their home shortly after Christmas. "'Di ko s'ya ginulo (I did not bother him). He needed time to think," she said.

Aquino earlier said she and Yap had a misunderstanding because of her busy work schedule and lack of time for the family. "[When he came back], I thought everything was OK. We tried to live under one roof, pero sumbatan ng sumbatan. Nakakapagod na," she said. She is also a host of the showbiz magazine show "SNN" and a cast member of the newest drama series "Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo" on ABS-CBN Channel 2.

Aquino said she almost gave up on her marriage in 2007, when Yap was reported to have had romantic liaisons with Hope Centeno, then a receptionist at the Belo Medical Clinic, which Aquino used to endorse.

"It can't always be my family that's telling me to save the marriage. It has to come from him, too," she said. "I've tried. God knows, I've tried. In all fairness to James he has also tried, but in my opinion, maybe not hard enough."

Aquino said she is still hoping to salvage the marriage. "I'm not saying that the marriage is over. In my heart I still want it to work because Baby James deserves a mother and a father, but doesn't deserve this mess," Aquino stressed. "I don't question the fact that he is really good to Josh and has loved Josh as his own. He is very loving toward Baby James." Joshua is Aquino's son with actor Phillip Salvador.

Aquino added: "He knows I still love him. In all this time, I never gave him any reason to doubt my fidelity. I just want the same thing in return."

Kris Aquino Leaves Pilipinas Win Na Win

Kris Aquino called it quits on her show, Pilipinas Win Na Win. Kris Aquino announced today that she is leaving Pilipinas Win Na Win and that her final hosting chore will end on Friday, October 1, 2010. Kris Aquino said it is now the correct time to quit the show. On leaving Pilipinas Win Na Win, Kris Aquino said, “Friday is my last day on Win na Win. Doing my version of Eat Pray Love, mine is Exercise Pray Heal.” Pilipinas Win Na Win has been moved to an earlier timeslot of

Kris Aquino: My marriage to James is over (transcript)

MANILA, Philippines - This is a transcript of Kris Aquino's interview on "The Buzz," Sunday (June 27), where she disclosed that she has given up on her marriage to basketball star James Yap.

BOY ABUNDA: Krissy, maraming tanong, maraming opinyon, speculations. This is your chance. We will listen. What do you have to say?

KRIS AQUINO: First, I'm sorry about Tuesday [engagement in Cebu]. For so long, ilang buwan naman na nagampanan ko ang lahat ng tungkulin ko, lahat ng responsibilidad sa trabaho at sa kampanya kahit na mayroon kaming pinagdadaanan sa tahanan namin. It was a sign of weakness on my part not to show up, and I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry that you had to be the one to answer because you felt uncomfortable making up an excuse.

About what we've been through, I think naman Boy hindi lahat sikreto sa inyong lahat, kung ano ang mga napagdaanan namin in our married life. I think also the whole Philippines is fully aware na when my mom was alive and ngayon, my siblings have tried to bridge whatever gaps -- and I mean gaps, marami na kasi.

I have not sat down [with my siblings]...lahat through text -- kay ate, kay Pinky. Through phone, nakausap ko si Viel. Nagtext din kami ni Noy. Siyempre sila lahat, gusto nila sana maayos pa.

I just want to say na whatever decision I have come to, it's not a spur of the moment decision. Matagal naming sinubukan. James and I both tried to really make this work.

On my part, what I'm comfortable saying is, with finality I can say, ako sumuko na.

But there's no way of doing that.

Last night, mga 4 in the morning, hindi ako makatulog pa. Katabi ko si Baby James, and I think he had a bad dream kasi he started to cry in his sleep. And that's when it came to me, and I'm sure lahat ng mga nanay maiintindihan ako. Kung anuman ang dahilan why this marriage, on my part I'm saying, is over, the only person I will owe and explanation to, and the only person who can demand from me na bakit kayo naghiwalay, is my son.

And kagabi Boy, narealize ko, the worst thing I can do for Baby James is, when he's 7 or 8 years old and mahanap niya sa YouTube yung explanation kung bakit naghiwalay ang nanay at tatay niya. He deserves much more than that. He deserves to hear it only from me and only from James. Because in any separation, there are 2 sides to the story. And we owe it to him, James will owe it to him, that I will owe it to him to explain to him.

But I'm sure you will all understand me. My decision to keep quiet is not because on June 30 magiging presidente si Noy. My decision to keep quiet is because I asked myself 'Kapag inexplain ko kay Baby James, number one mauunawaan ba niya ako? Number 2, rerespetuhin pa ba niya ako? At number 3, mamahalin pa ba niya ako?' At nasagot ko naman kagabi na 'yes.' I know my son will understand me, will respect me and still love me. And I feel that he will love me more, respect me more, and value me more if I keep quiet today.

I know that will leave so many unanswered questions, but those questions, only Baby James deserves to hear the answers to. Siguro Boy, this is part of growing up. It's part of realizing that yes, I am public and I owe all of you an explanation, but apart from God, the only one I'm answerable to is kung di man mga kapatid ko eh ang anak ko.

Because I'm doing this for my son, because he's only 3 years old and he really doesn't deserve na kung ano yung trials na pinagdaanan ng parents niya, kailangang ungkat-ungkatin at ulit-ulitin, wag na.

Kung this will mean na maraming hindi makakaintindi sa akin or sasabihin, ijujudge ako, then let it be. I don't mind. The world can judge me. I just want my son to be able to respect me and respect his father. Because at the end of the day, ang utang namin sa kanya. To a certain extent, of course, it will affect Josh but it's really Baby James who will really be affected.

And maybe, yung sinasabi ng mom ko sa akin parati na 'Krissy, love is bringing out the best in each other.' Maybe Baby James is really bringing out the best in me. And that's it, Boy. I really hope they understand that this is for my son.

BOY: Naiintindihan ko. Maraming salamat, Krissy.

"I asked him," say ni Kris, "I called, 'yun ang totoo, and I said, 'we owe you a lot because naglakas-loob kayo na last three weeks (of the campaign), the whole (Eat) Bulaga was in yellow. You made a stand. "I asked him pero ayaw niya," say ni Kris.

Kasi, singer siya, that also affects him, anti-piracy, 'di ba?" Kris said.

* * *

Ayon kay Jomari Yllana, he's not a bit affected nang mabalitaan niyang nagde-date na sina Sam Milby at Marie Digby.

Kris Aquino courts controversy again

Despite her vow to remain tightlipped for the sake of her brother Noynoy, our next President, Kris Aquino can't seem to shake off controversy.

The actress/TV host announced last Friday she is laying off Twitter for a while to avoid another hot issue from getting hotter.

It began when someone tweeted Kris, asking why she doesn't mention her husband James in her tweets. She said she replied to the tweet "with honesty. " She didn't elaborate but it's a broad hint that all is not well with her marriage - again.

"My attention was called by Noy about this," Kris wrote in her tweet. "So in the interest of keeping what is left of our privacy -- I will suspend being active on twitter. "

Noynoy has said he won't intervene in his sis' marital problems and would rather let Kris and James settle their differences.

But wait, there's more. Rumors were abuzz that Kris wasn't getting along with Junjun Binay, the son of Vice President-elect Jojo Binay. The rumors came at a time when Noynoy is trying to maintain cordial relations with Binay, who belongs to another political party. To head off another controversy, Kris and Junjun appeared on TV together, denying to high heavens that there's a rift between them.

Will Kris keep her promise and zip her lips? Stay tuned. * * *

The father-and-daughter team-up of Gabby Concepcion and KC Concepcion in I'll Be There holds up pretty well. Gabby tries just hard enough not to upstage KC. To her credit, KC does well on her own, portraying a character that's close to her heart.

I'll Be There follows the well-worn formula of a girl bitter at her father for leaving her when she needed him most. (Hmm. Sounds familiar. ) But the movie develops a charm of its own, thanks to fine performances from the lead stars and the firm hand of Director Maryo delos Reyes. At first KC appears to be tentative, not convincing enough as the girl out to pressure Gabby into giving her share of her mom's property. But she quickly redeems herself and gets in stride.

Jericho Rosales merits special mention as KC's love interest. * * *

Don't you wish you had Oprah Winfrey for a boss?

The media megastar has given each staffer in her magazine O, The Oprah Magazine, $10,000 plus an Apple iPad, "as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. "

The gifts were given out to commemorate the magazine's 10th anniversary.

Oprah herself got a gift of sorts when she was given her own star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood .

Also given stars by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce were 29 other celebs including Penelope Cruz, Gwyneth Paltrow, Donald Sutherland, Reese Witherspoon, Danny DeVito and Tina Fey. * * *

Rain ruined my visit to Universal Studios in Singapore last week. It was pouring so hard I was reminded of Typhoon Ondoy. I was looking forward to a tour of Universal because I had been told there were Filipinos working there.

The rain had also closed down the rides at Universal, so that was another damper. * * *

The following day, we were treated to lunch at a Japanese restaurant by Mr. Raymund Miranda, managing director of Asia Pacific Universal Networks International, which runs Universal Studios.

Raymund was a top executive at GMA-7 before he moved to Singapore five years ago.

A Filipino bigwig at Universal Studios! Now that's something to be proud of.

However, I missed the dinner hosted by Hanzel Villafuerte, a former talent manager and publicist in the Philippines. Nyoy Volante was one of his wards. Hanzel moved to Singapore in 2006. Guess what, Hanzel is now a chef at a French-Italian restaurant. He told my friends who savored his dinner that he's so happy in Singapore returning to the Philippines and reentering showbiz never entered his mind.

Kris & the changing times

THEN: Flashback on The New Media Superstar: Written for a magazine cover story March 30, 1986.

The house on Times Street was practically empty; it was the evening of Feb. 4, 1986, the miting de avance of Cory-Doy ticket at the Luneta. We were there to wait for Kris Aquino for a taped interview for See-True. At that time, I helped arrange the interview through the office of Ballsy Aquino-Cruz in the spirit of equal time. Inday Badiday told me that she would also be interviewing Imee Marcos-Manotoc.

As we sat waiting in front of the house, the maids brought us fruit juice and ensaymada. The gays in the group started flirting with the security guards.

"Baka 'pag nasa Malacañang na kayo hindi na kayo ganito kabait. "

Drivers passing the house on Times Street felt obliged to honk their horns in that familiar way and make the Laban sign, not minding really whether someone is looking or not.

Kris Aquino arrived with her mother and her entourage in a cream-colored van. She apologized for making us wait and asked breathlessly if she could change her shirt. She wore an Aquino yellow shirt.

"I'm sure you don't want me to wear this," and she hied off to her room for a quick change.

"I was the only one who wanted my mother to run in this election. Perhaps it is because I was very young when my father was in politics. So I like to try. But now with all these intrigues and what people are saying, ayaw ko na. No, I don't like to be in politics myself. "

When Kris was asked what her role would be if her mother won, she said:

"I will just be her daughter. I don't think I will have a specific role. It is my mother's policy that not one of us in her family will be involved in the government. "

The atmosphere then was showbiz, what with the giggly presence of Inday's entourage at the sala. Cory looked drawn that night; she was obviously tired from the week's rigorous campaign. But she gamely stayed in the sala talking with Tony Gonzales, Lupita Kashiwahara and some of Cory's Crusaders who stayed on. I managed to give her two news clippings a friend sent me from Paris that day. They were about Cory and her campaign.

Would Kris enter showbiz?

"Perhaps just one movie. That's all my mom will allow me. There were talks before with Regal but nothing came of it. No, not with Viva. Perhaps with Uncle Tony's Malaya Films," and she smiled at Tony Gonzales who was standing near the kitchen door.

Yes, she said, she likes Richard Gomez among the young stars and not Aga Muhlach, Although she is grateful to him for being at the miting de avance. She also likes Sharon Cuneta, in spite of her being with KBL; what she said drew some reactions from the kibitzers. The questions came rapid fire on different subjects. She answered them in the most natural way, giving us an inkling of how her mind works.

Did she eat galunggong?

"Galunggong?"

That's a kind of fish, someone commented.

"Kumakain ba ako niyan?" she asked one of the household help listening to the interview. The girl shook her head. It seemed she had never eaten the fish.

Galunggong came up in the interview because the price of this lowly fish was brought up as political issue by the Unido-Laban team in their campaign. The price has gone up five times during the Marcos years.

The taped interview was shown February 8 and Kris stole the show. That was the time showbiz intrigues were pushed in the background as the refreshing personality talked about issues of that time.

During the interview, Kris was 14 going on 15. She was to be 15 on Valentine's Day 1986.

She was asked how she would celebrate it.

"Kung manalo siguro may celebration. Pag hindi baka simple lang.

And of course it came to pass that after her massive cheating in the February 7 election, the people's revolution ensued. Minister Juan Ponce Enrile and General Fidel V. Ramos became the heroes of the Armed Forces of the Philippines of the People and Mrs. Corazon Aquino was installed as the people's President.

When Kris came to Channel 7 for the live interview on See-True, she was already the President's daughter. It was March 1, and People Power was in everybody's mind. Kris was hot property even without the vestige of political power, but it could not be denied that as the First Daughter she became more so.

Kris came with cousin Rina Teopaco and four military aides. She was now a sophisticated 15-year-old, with her hair done by Biba in the latest style, with a tint of purple sprayed on top.

"It is nice to be able to appear on television like this," she said smiling.

In that simple statement she reminded her listeners how TV was controlled in the past; and how the opposition was hardly given the time of day in any of the programs.

Members of the movie press elbowed one another for a place on the panel, so the staff of the show decided to get some stars on the panel instead. Those who campaigned for KBL were nervous about asking Kris questions.

"But that's all over now. My mom stressed reconciliation and we are all for that," she said.

Kris mentioned that she would like to do a dramatic movie with perhaps Lino Brocka as her director. And after that she would like to go into fashion design.

During this March 1 interview it was her talk with Senator Ted Kennedy, which she related, that gave people an insight into the mother-daughter relationship between Kris and the President.
